Position is purely for the US-staffing segment, person should be well verse with US-staffing process, understanding the work authorizations and mode of employment (Both Full time and Contractual) and also should be aware on the terminologies in Software technologies from Programming languages to Data warehousing including Domain expertise etc..

Job Description

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.

Understanding of client requirements and carrying out search utilizing internal database to identify potential candidates and use various job boards to search for new candidates

Experienced in sourcing candidates from the portals and job boards.

Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.

Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.

Conduct skills testing, interviews and reference checks.

Present job opportunities to qualified candidates

Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and fulltime employment.

Strong Communication Skills are required
